Best agents and very reliable services. We have a really good experience with Empire and the agents. Very professional and fast efficient actions. We had some maintenance requested which were taken care on the same day with the agents trying to do as much possible to solve the issues ASAP. Even our property manager came to our property to help us which is very rare for property agents to come to a property to help. Really love their effort towards the tenants and make them feel like home then a rental property. Good and fast communication, fast service and very reliable for us. Empire Real Estate in Victoria Park certainly has both its renters and homeowners at the forefront of all their rental real estate dealings. The agents do thorough inspections of my property on time punctually four times per year. They take multiple photos for my landlord. I am very appreciative that immediately after an inspection visit, my agent sends me an email expressing how well the property has been presented and Empire's thanks. Agents, in my case Ryan at present, return answers to my emails within the same day. If the need for work on the property is evident, my landlord is contacted and the issue dealt with immediately. For example, vines were hanging down the back fence and across the back pathway from the property behind. The landlord personally cut them down within 48 hours after being informed by Empire Estate Agents. That is perfect teamwork. Danielle, as Manager of Rentals, oversees properties and regularly also makes contact by email. Again, what a backup she performs to her team, and it is so totally professional. To boot Empire has an advanced and up to the minute app for rentals. This is year six for me as a tenant with Empire Estate. Contracts are renewed with super efficiency and I feel that they include renters as an integral part of their business, as if like family, one could say. Pets are important in my life, and Empire has done everything possible to make sure my pets are included in the contract yearly. And to top it all, the landlord is just wonderful...another asset that Empire has excellent landlords as clients. Empire Estate Agents is a totally professional team ready to assist and supervise rentals. They know the real estate business of Perth with expertise and proficiency.
