The local shops are at Waterford Plaza but you’ll find cafes and corner stores dotted around the neighbourhood. Cygnet Cinema, an art-deco cinema, adds a touch of heritage and regularly screens the latest blockbuster and indie movies. Transport is covered by Canning Bridge Train and Bus Stations, and jumping on the Kwinana Highway from here is easy. Prices have held steady over the years, making it an ideal suburb to invest in.
