Just a brief run down on what your Commercial Real Estate Property Management services include are:
 Negotiation of an appropriate Commercial Lease
 Organisation of the advertising for the property For Lease
 Showing prospective Lessee’s through the property
 Receipt of applications and screening of appropriate Lessee’s
 Optional checking with Landlord on screening new Lessee’s

 Instruction to prepare Leases to solicitors
