MAJOR REFORM TO WA STRATA LAW WILL COMMENCE | 1 MAY 2020
Strata laws are changing for the better. Western Australian Parliament passed amendments to the Strata Titles Amendment Act 2018, and we will see these come into effect on May 1st 2020.
These are the most significant changes to WA’s Strata framework in over 30 years and will make strata clearer and fairer for people, professionals and industries involved with residential and commercial strata. The reform will modernise the way strata schemes are run and seek to bring the Act up to date with modern, more efficient management practices.
