On the 10th of September 2018, the Real Estate Institute of WA announced the nominees for the 2018 Awards for Excellence.

The REIWA Awards for Excellence are Western Australia’s premier awards recognising excellence in real estate.

Empire Estate Agents are extremely proud to be nominated as finalists in three categories:

  • Communications Awards

  • Residential Property Manager of the Year – Kylie Hall

  • Medium Residential Agency of the Year

The REIWA Awards for Excellence aim to encourage, recognise and promote excellence and best practice in the Real Estate profession and represent the highest accolade that can be bestowed by the Institute.

“Its fantastic to be nominated in three categories again this year, and it’s a true testament to the dedication that the team have to creating ‘clients for life’ and ‘going beyond’. We also thank REIWA for facilitating an award that recognises such excellence in all fields of real estate” ~ Jamie Horner, Licensee of Empire

The award shines a light on the state’s very best, celebrating their achievements and contributions to the W.A. Real Estate industry over the last 12 months.

The nomination for Residential Property Manager of Year caps off a great 2017/2018 for Kylie Hall our Senior Property Manager, as she was also recognised earlier this year, winning the coveted Real Estate Training Group Awards for Property Manager WA.

“Kylie’s nomination is wonderful recognition of her effort and commitment to deliver a quality and personal service to her Owners and Tenants, its something that she has done for over 10 years and its fantastic to see her receive acknowledgement for her achievements” ~ Daniela Nelson, Head of Property Management Empire.

The winners will be announced at a spectacular Gala dinner at Crown Perth on Wednesday the 24 October 2018.
