Who is her superhero alter ego? Robin.

It’s not because Alison has a secret utility belt hidden under her desk (although that would explain her preparedness), but because her real superpower is reliability, quick thinking, and unwavering support.

Like Robin alongside Batman, Alison knows that strength isn’t always about being front and centre — it’s about being the steady force behind the scenes. In her role, she supports Strata Managers through busy days, competing priorities, and the occasional unexpected curveball by staying organised, proactive, and always ready to jump in and help.

Helping others genuinely energises her — whether that’s keeping compliance matters organised and up to date (she truly loves a good spreadsheet), managing the general administration tasks that make the Strata Managers’ jobs easier, or stepping in to ensure nothing falls through the cracks. She brings a positive, friendly vibe to the Empire Strata team environment!

Robin represents loyalty, intelligence, and teamwork — and that’s exactly how Alison approaches her work. Because sometimes the real superhero isn’t the one in the spotlight — it’s the one making sure everything holds together.

When she’s not the glue that brings our strata team together, Alison loves spending quality time with her family and her beautiful son, getting cosy with some knitting or a good book, and heading out for walks with her dog, Kip — her very own loyal sidekick.
