CHANGES TO THE STRATA TITLE ACT
MAJOR REFORM TO WA STRATA LAW WILL COMMENCE | 1 MAY 2020
Strata laws are changing for the better. Western Australian Parliament passed amendments to the Strata Titles Amendment Act 2018, and we will see these come into effect on May 1st 2020.
These are the most significant changes to WA’s Strata framework in over 30 years and will make strata clearer and fairer for people, professionals and industries involved with residential and commercial strata. The reform will modernise the way strata schemes are run and seek to bring the Act up to date with modern, more efficient management practices.

Empire Estate Agents is open Monday to Friday from 9.00am to 5.00pm. Should you have any queries, maintenance items or wish to discuss anything related to your property with your Strata Manager, please contact our office during office hours on (08) 9262 0400.
Our Strata Manager can only guarantee to be contacted during working hours and for this reason, our office has an after hours paging service to a nominated staff member. If you are faced with an emergency situation which has caused damage to common property, the office emergency number is available between Friday 5.00pm and Monday morning at 9.00am (and on Public holidays).
