With over 15 years’ experience in numerous residential, commercial and mixed-use developments we are able to offer specialist consultancy services and advice to property developers in Western Australia. At Empire, we believe in providing a comprehensive service to strata title developments at a ‘no cost’ policy to Developers.

Empire Estate Agents is open Monday to Friday from 9.00am to 5:00pm. Should you have any queries, maintenance items or wish to discuss anything related to your property with your Strata Manager, please contact our office during office hours on (08) 9262 0400.

Our Strata Manager can only guarantee to be contacted during working hours and for this reason, our office has an after hours paging service to a nominated staff member. If you are faced with an emergency situation which has caused damage to common property, the office emergency number is available between Friday 5:00pm and Monday morning at 9:00am (and on Public holidays). The emergency number is 0433 666 133, please call the number and don’t text, if the phone is not answered please leave your name, phone number, address and details of the emergency.
