Who is her superhero alter ego? Jean Grey.

It’s not because Jaz is secretly telepathic (although that would make AGMs interesting), but because her real superpower is empathy, emotional intelligence, and calm leadership under pressure.

Like Jean, Jaz believe strength isn’t about being the loudest voice in the room — it’s about understanding people, reading the situation, and responding thoughtfully. As a strata manager, she navigate’ s complex communities with diverse personalities, competing priorities, and the occasional high-stakes moment, by staying focus and composed, listening first, and finding balanced solutions that work for the greater good.

Jean also embodies quiet strength — carrying responsibility with integrity, fairness, and consistency. That’s how Jaz approaches her role: building trust, resolving conflict with care, and managing relationships just as thoughtfully as the issues themselves.
