Attending, preparing and the cost of court can add to an already stressful situation, at Empire we do not charge our owners for our Court preparation and attendance, for tenants that require eviction via court or to retrieve bond costs. (Note unless the cost is covered in a required Landlord Protection Insurance Claim)
