A tidy eight kilometres from Perth CBD, this established suburb also houses a large retirement complex and Vose Seminary. Students come from all over Perth to attend Curtin University, as well as the other learning institutions in the area, which means there are plenty of buses. Although the suburb itself houses only a small percentage of young families, there are several primary and secondary schools in Bentley and more in the neighbouring suburbs. There’s also a health centre and hospital. Bentley pretty much has all the basics covered!
