Slap bang in the heart of the entertainment precinct, Burswood is a lively and high-spirited place to live. Burswood Park covers the riverbank and offers BBQ facilities, bird watching opportunities and the Heritage Trail, which tells the early history of the area through a series of sculptures. GO Edwards Park is just across the road and is a leafy, shaded outdoor area with a lake, playground and gazebo area.

Why all the parks in this suburb? Well, Burswood is all about apartment living. Unsurprisingly, the suburb is popular with the younger crowd and the 25 to 34-year- old age group makes up a decent chunk of the local population. As well as all the entertainment options, trains and buses provide a short journey to Perth CBD (just two kilometres away). What more could you want?
